The Worry Chart

The are many times when each one of us spend too much time worrying about things in life instead of really taking the time to truly enjoy the life that we have. This is a good story that demonstrates that thought.
Some time ago a businessman drew up what he called a "Worry Chart," in which he kept a record of worries. He discovered that 40 percent of them were about things that probably would never happen; 30 percent concerned past decisions that he could not unmake; 12 percent dealt with other people's criticisms of him; 10 percent were worries about his health. He concluded that only 8 percent of them were really legitimate.
